When you use AceMock, we collect the following information:
• Account information: Your name and email address when you sign up via Google OAuth or email registration. • Interview data: Audio recordings of your spoken answers during mock interviews, which are transcribed and analysed by AI. • Usage data: Session metadata including interview domain, experience level, scores, and timestamps. • Technical data: Browser type, IP address, and access logs for security and debugging purposes.
We use your information to:
• Provide the AI mock interview service and generate performance reports. • Improve the accuracy of our AI models and evaluation quality. • Send transactional emails such as session summaries (if you opt in). • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access to the platform.
Audio recordings captured during your interview sessions are processed by Google's Vertex AI (Gemini) for transcription and evaluation. Audio files are stored temporarily in Google Cloud Storage and automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not share your audio with any third party other than Google Cloud for processing.
Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and Google Cloud Storage, hosted in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:
• Google Cloud Platform — for infrastructure, AI processing, and authentication. • Razorpay — for payment processing (only billing-related data when you make a purchase).
You have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you. • Request deletion of your account and associated data. • Export your interview history and reports.

We use browser localStorage to store your authentication token locally on your device. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
AceMock is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
